I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff, especially two individuals named Isaaq and Ayman, were extremely helpful and co-operative during my stay. They were kind, cheerful, and gentle in their interactions with everyone, which made me feel so comfortable. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect and truly wonderful. It provided easy access to transportation and had great parking facilities. Moreover, the hotel owners, including Karim, his wife, and father treated me and other guests like family, offering us many free services and being incredibly hospitable. I am so thankful for their kindness!
All was good at this hotel. I genuinely cannot think of any negative aspects to my experience.
